Occasionally it has been reported that after accessing documents users have not been able to print them out. We have had success with the following workarounds:
1. Be sure the you are using the print icon at the top of the pdf file instead of trying to print from the file menu
2. Try to save it to your computer and print it from there.
This is most likely a "One-Card" problem. You will have to go to the "One Card Office" so they can fix the problem. The office is open from 9:00 a.m to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. it is located in the McAuley Building, on the Lower Level, next to "Police and Safety".
If you must have the printed copy today, please go to the Circulation Desk and they will try to help.
Please ask at the I.T. HELP Desk for help if you get an error message after attempting to logon to a printer. Sometimes, the problem is something as simple as the printer is out of paper.
